I saw this kid in high school on the various All-Star games following the senior season and he deserved all the hype at that point. Very polished skills to go with some smarts and good athleticism. He's done a near 180 in the time since. Like Shavlik before him, he's not strong enough to stand the constant glare of the spotlight now cast upon him. I still think he could be a solid NBA contributer, but I'm loosing confidense as I type.

He's done nothing but hurt his stock. Had he gone as a prep, Ainge would have drated him in the lottory. Ainge was in love with him. I had a one-time colleague who covered some of the same post-season All-Star games and he told me Ainge and/or Boston scouts were always within a stones throw of the kid. Completely enamored...

2. ESPN is on its knees all the damn time for Duke basketball.
