..are you asking me?

1. i don't like peyton manning
2. i predicted a close game, 14-10 colts
3. thought ravens wouldn't put up enough points
4. manning would play well enough

so far so good...

He is facing the NFL's #1 defense on the road.

I wasn't expecting him to steamroll over them.

Nice win for Manning, but his choke artist label isn't shaken quite yet.

Three years ago, he led the Colts to a similiar upset in KC only to lay the egg in Foxboro a week later.

Whether it's the Pats or Chargers, he still has another obstacle to cross.

Pats D isnt what it used to be and Manning has had his way with them as of late. Pats dont have the key guys they used to have and the ONLY reason why they are still playing football is due to a shitty division and weak schedule.

I think the one thing that hurts them that nobody really talks about is how vital Charlie Weis and Romeo Crennell were when they served as Belichick's offensive and defensive coordinators during the Pats Super Bowl years. They were his security blankets so to speak.

So does that mean Ray Lewis choked and not Peyton?

If only Aaron Moorehead wasn't running that close to the sideline before halftime. Great game for Colts D and special teams, lackluster game for Peyton. Props to Ray Lewis for tipping those would-be picks and acting like a total fool before the game. If there's one person in professional football that pisses me off more than Tony Romo, it's got to be Ray Lewis.

Why does Tony Romo piss you off so much?

Pretty much the fact that he plays for the Cowboys and he, along with nearly every Cowboys fan in San Marcos, thought he was Jesus Christ until he dropped that snap. At least Parcells had the balls to see through the mirage.

Look, he's the best QB in the league and the knock is he can't win in the playoffs and his team isn't good enought to help him. Well, now, he's had 2 crap games in the playoffs and his team has won dispite him, playing some very physical defense. I'd say if he actually shows up against SD and his defense plays physical like that, they have a good shot at winning.

Next week Manning only has to play well enough to get Vinatieri in position to do his thing.
