They were handed eleven points by the Chargers. 3 points on the fumbled punt return, and 8 points on the intercepted pass which turned into a fumble. McCree is a veteran, he should have just batted the ball down. Instead of being up 21-10, the Chargers, not the Patriots, tied the game up. The Chargers are an extremely young team, so mistakes like this don't surprise me. Also, in rewatching the final quarter, Vincent Jackson fucked up and cost them at least ten seconds when he lined up on the wrong side of the ball. Foolish.

Right, playoff experience to me means not fumbling, and not lining up on the wrong side of the ball. In other words, don't make dumb mistakes when playing in a high-pressure type of a situation.
