Pro-marty people say the Chargers would have too much change with a new coach.

Remember when Jon Gruden took over Tampa Bay?
1st year there won SuperBowl.
Marty will never coach a Superbowl team.
But who could Chargers get for next year?
Many a coach should be salivating to take over this roster.
Boise State head coach for Offensive Coordinator, that i know. :blah
Current coordinator Cam Cameron too tied to Marty i think.
