The Spurs are not the Spurs of old and although we are doing better offensively and have the worst defense in five years, it boggles my mind that fans still continue to bitch and whine that we are now 5 games behind the Mavs. Its great when we win, but when we lose everyone plays the blaming game. I have been a loyal fan my whole life and i remember being made fun of in grade school when i thought Dominique Wilkins was the shit and praying to God that Robinson's knee would heal. Yes, the year before The Duncan Era was a sad one indeed and when it was game time, people turned their heads praying for a great Cowboys season. The point im trying to make Spurs fans is this, I believe the Duncan Era is slowly, but surely, coming to an end and I am sure I will hear many criticisms when I wear my Duncan Jersey down Military Drive. I remember walking down the SouthPark Mall as a kid and a older man wearing a Bulls Jersey took my Spurs Hat and flung it across the department store. "ive given up on them" he says. Well I'm not. When it comes to the point when the Spurs fall down to a measely 22 - 60 record, where will you be? Prove me wrong and dont let history repeat itself. Its one fucking loss in a declining era, DEAL WITH IT!!!!

I remember Windsor Park Mall and Willie A's shop there. Still doesn't mean they're not in trouble this season.

1. No one's crying. Criticism <> crying.

2. They're not doing their best. That's what is pissing people off. When Tim Duncan stands and watches guys like Kwame and Brian Cook go by him for dunks, he isn't trying.

there is a difference between constructive crticism and out right critcism (bitching, whining, crying). i think the spurs can do better, but duncan is getting older, and we have a weak bench. what do u want? 63-19? not gunna happen buddy.
