Canīt we trade Tony Parker???
Heīs not a franchise player, this team really needs a true point guard that can score when open and stay in front of his man on defense. I know that Tony is a great scorer and can speed up games but we donīt need speed nor fast spinninī layups or tear drops; we need wins. Tony is a big reason why we didnīt win more championships before. He have a tendency to disappear in crunch time and playoff time, when the team needs him the most.
Beno is not my favourite Guard but the team ( especially Duncan ) score easily with him on court.

I want to see my team winnin now not in 2014. Duncan and Manu have 4 to 7 years more to contribute and I care about winnin now not after they leave.

Tony is the only asset we have to trade. BTW we still can try to sign Billups if things donīt go our way this year w/o Tony :toast :fro

Do you actually watch games, or just post whatever you think supports your case? The offense fucking STOPS when Udrih takes the floor.

No we can't. He'll certainly get offers above the MCE, which is all SA has to offer this summer.

It's not a surprise that because the spurs have been playing shitty, that these shitty threads follow after.
The "reasonable" thread wasnt good enough for this?

Huh? Look up the definition of "disappear in crunch time" and you'll see Beno staring right back at you. Also under "wilt under pressure" and "failed to show up."

And as far as scoring easily with Beno, you must be confused because it's the other team scoring off his turnovers and forced shots, not SA.

Jeezus.

Sounds to me like you need to find a new team to support. If the team with the best overall record in professional sports over the last ten years is so bad in your mind, good luck finding one worthy of your respect.

excuse me but Beno doesn't play the CRUNCH time. Parker does. Beno has lost all confidence right now. He is in a slump and his mental toughness can be questioned but actually he is a better PG than Parker is when Beno can get regular playing time and is not afraid to make mistakes. Right now he is going through a difficult period but in terms of pure PG skills, i have no doubt he has it over Parker.

Ok I got carried by my feelings about the Beno sh.....t but still Parker needs to be traded.

Parker es probably our best offensive weapon. You really need to start looking at games. I'm not saying he is better tan Timmy, I'm just saying that offensively he has been carrying this team for the last 2 years.
On the other hand would you trade Tony who is in his early 20's and keep Manu & Timmy who have 2 more good years at best?

I agree with El Comandate over here, this thread has make us all dumber.

Parker plays defense, which Beno lacks.
