its a smart desicion because you last longer in baseball since hes pitching he'll have a lot more days of rest and not get knocked around all the time
although i realy would have liked to see what he could do in the nfl

He had said he still wanted to play football as well, but the Cubs would have none of it, not like they have bad luck with pitchers or anything. He was gonna be good in the pros, like a Jurevicious

well I agree, except as much of a stud as he was in football he was equally that in baseball. He has some insane record, something like 35-4 as a starting pitcher. Plus his size and the way he throws the ball makes him prime to be another randy johnson like player in the MLB. Although I think he would have been a pretty phenomonal NFL wide out. He had the size the speed and most importanly the hands.
