Prediction: If they don't trade anyone, they will lose in the second round in five games.

No they are better than what they have shown so far they are only a year removed from a 63 win season and a bounce of the ball here or there and they beat Dallas in that series. Wasn't it in 03 when 20 games in everyone said the Spurs are rebuilding and not contenders and how did that season turn out. What did the Heat play last year maybe a month of great ball during the season. You heard the same shit about them they are too old and unathletic and they won the whole fucking thing. All these Spurs fans jumping off the bandwagon right now is making me sick.

I said only 55 when the season started and people thought I was crazy.

Prediction: If they don't trade anyone, they will lose in the second round in five games.
What's funny. When they changed the rules about the play-off seedings, I told someone-- What will happen is that the Spurs wil come second in their division, which would have meant the #4 seed, but because of the rule change, they will be the #3 seed and have to play Dallas again in the second round- with Phoenix the #1 seed. :lol

I'm not jumping off the bandwagon and don't think the Spurs need a major overhaul. However, I do think that this team isn't very good defensively and their bench is weak. And I think unless they make some (small) changes or something really drastic happens (someone has an out of this world playoff series), that they will get beat by the Suns or Mavs in the second round.

One trade won't mean shit when the entire team, led by Tim, is playing like shit, like they never played together, no hustle, no defense, no RB, no fire, no desire.

A Maggette, who is said not to play defense, nor is Rodman-level rebonder, is gonna transform the Spurs from a 50-W/7th-seed mediocrity to a 4th seed contender? No fucking way.

The mythical long/athletic 3 is far from the Spurs biggest problem.

The Spurs' primary problem is in their heads.

I would had been right there with them. At that point in the season we were beating all the bad teams and losing to all the good teams. At that point I thought there was no way that we could beat the Suns four times. I was nervous as hell when we drew Denver in the first round. I really thought that they were going to do us in to be honest.
