Spurs haven't matched Utah offer because it would have cost them $5M/year.
Spurs haven't signed him for the min last November because they have decided to go with a player with more upside (White).

He has WAY better numbers this season than ANY of our bench players.......he is definately more consistant and cost a hell of alot less than the 6-8 million we are paying many of our scrubs.
