He played really well tonight and set guys up well and played good help D, and was as aggressive as he's been since the Dallas series. It's an MO for a lot of us (me included) to bash him after a sub par performance so I figure let's give him props for an above average game.

The rest of the guys need to step up because Tim just did a little something called leading by example.

Props to Timmy. There's a reason why he's a 3-time champ and 2-time MVP. He also can't do it by himself, which is why we can't string some good wins together.

Bad time to remind everyone Yao wasn't playing tonight?

Bad time to remind everyone Yao wasn't playing tonight?

Or good time to remind everybody of the Mutombo finger wag?

I'm an optimist.

I'm always leery of games where Tim scores 35 or more points. It usually means a loss because:
1. the bench sucked ass
or
2. the other 2/3's of the big three sucked ass.

Tonight the bench sucked ass. But props to Tim anyway.

Tim duncan is my favorite player of all time!!!!!! I know hes fustrated with all the losses but he still fights and doesnt throw in any quitting towels. I just hope he gets what he deserves and thats another finals MVP

How many times has he scored more than 30 this year? I think he caught whatever it is Horry has. Hopefully he turns it up heading into the playoffs. If he continues to play like he has most of the games this season, we are toast.

Shit, he shares a lot of the blame for the way this season is going IMHO.

Yeah, I guess he isn't putting up 50/20/10 every night.

Yeah, I guess he isn't putting up 50/20/10 every night.

You honestly think TD has been playing consistant or even well this year? He looks half asleep during the games. He typically shows some life when we are down by 10 with about a minute to go. It's like the alarm clock goes off and he is ready to play ball.
