If you want to do something the hard way, just use Microsoft paint....slow down the speed of the mouse, cut and paste some photos that you like and do the rest.

Post you picture and explain your wish and I'll do it if I can. I'm pretty handy with graphic elements like logos and stuff - photos not so much. So I can't guarantee anything.

On the other hand somebody might come up with something better after reading what you want.
