I'm trying to decide what to fix for dinner tonight.
What're you having? Maybe I can get some ideas.
Since the weather is nice, after I run tonight I will be firing up the Weber gas grill and grilling chicken breasts glazed with Napa Valley Baja marinade, and also grilling up mixed veggies (broccoli, onion, carrot, celery) in my Brookstone grill skillet. :tu

Hmmm
Grilling. We've got a couple of awesome steaks in the freezer.
Now I just have to talk him into grilling them :lol

Yes, I've only been there once and I wasn't all that impressed. TSB claims its a religious experience though. I must have gone on an off day.

We're not having it tonight bu this is really good, my roommate makes it all the time for us:
Boneless chicken Breasts
1/2 cup of Bread crumbs
1/2 cup of Parmesian Cheese
some butter/oil whichever you want to use to make the mixture stick
Bread the Chicken
Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
Then we have the snap green beans mixed in with sour cream (however much you prefer...we use a lot of sour cream) and microwave those for 20 minutes as well. The sour cream looks like a yeast infection, but it's really good.

Its super easy to make and good. I like it with shrimp myself but its also good with Tilapia.
I don't think we have any shrimp in the freezer, but we've got chicken breasts.
That REALLY sounds good.

Never, EVER take a job writing menu or food descriptions, please. You could probably get me to stop eating at my favorite restaurant for life.

Indeed it is, but it's off the list for a while since the doc said to either drop some pounds or join WWE. :lol
Still not sure which I'm going to do... :lmao
Then again, if I were in SA, I would be eating BBQ three meals a day, so I guess the grass is always greener, huh? :hungry:
