It'll be gone by morning, but still it's a good sign that xmas is just around the corner. http://spurstalk.com/forums/images/smilies/smispin.gif

It's so weird that you've never seen snow.

Snow is beautiful!
It makes everything look nice and clean, and the landscape become so calm and quiet, disturbed only by children laughing while building snowmen or having snowball battles.

Aaaaah Snow!
It's a bitch shoveling it from the driveway! :flipoff

Seriously I love snow and my 5 year old daughter is just like me she can't wait for the ski season to open.

Having grown up in the snow belt area of Ohio, I like it for a little bit and that's it.

I remember when I would only have time to dry the front of my hair in th morning and the back of my hair would actually freeze while waiting for the school bus. I was too cool to wear a hat.

Geez Kori, you could've taken him up to Lake Arrowhead or Big Bear to see the snow while you were there!

which reminds me,

In 1985 my parents drove me ALL THE WAY to Denver, Colorado to see snow.
I remember when we got into the room at the Best Western, dad turned on the TV to see a weather reporter explaining that a town called San Antonio Texas had 11 inches of snow on the ground!

to this day I have never seen the man so pissed in his life!

But we made it back in time to see the snowfall here!

That was awesome....I was 13. We got snowed in with a house full of family, though. We all didn't talk for a long time after that. :cuss :lol

That is one thing I will miss about El Paso; snow once a year. Also, skiing an hour and a half away.

We had our first snowfall (only on the mountains) two weeks ago.

Damn I've never seen snow either. I heard if you find two snowflakes that are the same you get a wish.

I remember when it snowed here 20 years ago!

First time driving in the snow that was a trip.

I turn my steering wheel but my Truck kept going straight.

true. we have a picture of it. It was the best Valentines Day gift my wife said she ever received. She just loves snow and therefore hates living in South Texas! The 85 snow was great! We took pictures of a snowman with a "No Place Else But San Antonio" T-shirt on. I lived on a hill overlooking our neighborhoods soccer fields and pool and such so my house was the place to be for sliding down. It was awesome.

Slomo...I am guessing you are not familiar with South Texas weather. We are a sub-tropical climate....for us to get any snow, much less any that sticks is amazing. The last time we had a measurable amount was 20 years ago...before that was about another 20 years. Cut us some slack bro! :)

So if you want next time I'll post a picture with 50cm of snow :p
