I dont even think his production will fall off next year, not the way he is built, injuries concern me more than anything about the guy. Im sure tha Bolts wont be bringing him back getting Foley back though, I wouldnt doubt in the Pats took a run at him, excactly the kind of player they like

Yeah but how long can LT keep it up?
No signs of slowdown but he has a lot of miles.
The defensive backs are by far the weakest link. It was only Merrimans and others rushing QBs that kept them from getting exposed. They were a flat embarrasment in the Patriots game.

Rivers already with an injury on a freak play. Sounds like he is okay but now they are talking surgery, albeit the spin is "minor" surgery.

Having players signed, and actualy keeping them is one thing. No contract is guaranteed in the NFL. Just wait for Rivers or someone to ask for more money, and we'll see how many of those 16 start getting cut.

With my estimates, they'll be 21 million under the cap this offseason.

I doubt everything will line up in '07 like this 2006 season for this Charger core. I will be very happy to be wrong.
But we know reg season don't mean squat compared to playoffs.
Pittsburg bowls after 10-6 when they did not after 15-1.

Also you can toss it anyway and everyway but bottom line this was the 5th #1 seed to be a Marty failure. He must say something or do something to elicit chockage from enough players to produce the continued Ls. He couldn't even bowl with Joe Montana. :spin :elephant

I agree. Edwards should be offered at least a year. He is very skilled in coverage. But, the Chargers are very deep in the LB core, and if he does leave........oh well.
