That hit from kobe was completely intentional. No one follows through on a shot by swinging the shooting arm straight out to the right. I've never seen anyone do that as a part of their shooting motion. He got his shot blocked and swung for blood on purpose. The league won't do anything about that stuff - you have to police it yourself. The next meeting should include kobe taking a knee in the nuts or a forehead / elbow to the nose.
