actually...club dish is something you can get when you log on to your account(if you have one online). It asks you a couple questions then you can print a "certificate"
This certificate entitles you giver $50 credit($5 per month for 10 months) for each person they refer...up to 5 referrals per year plus some extras.

and it entitles the receiver to free activation($49 value) plus some extras
