I'm suprised....i thought they would find him guilty of 2nd degree on both counts. Good for the Jury. God rest Laci Rocha and her baby's souls.

Going to be an interesting appeal, probably centered on the jury and the dismissal of the foreman. Something tells me that the jury was deadlocked on whether to convict because the foreman was a holdout -- just a hunch.

This trial was a travesty to the judicial system.
It was ridiculous, scandalous, outrageous!!

All of these high profile trials are a travesty to the judicial system. Why is America so caught up in it all? I guess the same reason they rush to watch Survivor and other "reality" shows. Get a life! I'm glad they finally found him guilty. Just don't get ready for him to fry anytime soon. The appeal process will no doubt be the next "facination".
