She is good when she is acting in Spanish. But when the dialogue is English, she sucks ass.

But in order to be overrated, you have to be hyped as good to begin with, which is simply not the case for her US movies. So no, she is not overrated.

She is good when she is acting in Spanish. But when the dialogue is English, she sucks ass.That's where I'm at on this one. She definitely suffers from Antonio Banderas sydrome (he, also, has never been as good in the states as he was in Spanish films).

Eh. Thought she was ok in blow and vanilla sky. Never been a huge fan. As far as hotness, much hotter chicks on UT campus daily. She is nothing special.

She looks really pretty in that pic, however, I must agree with the other poster, I never thought she was that pretty. *Shrugs, to each her own.


She's not overated as an actress...she's actually pretty decent compared to other hispanic actresses (JLO, Eva Mendez, etc.).
