Ok, so he's got 1 fight left on his contract which means he won't get a title shot until after he re-signs for more fights. If he's going to be unrealistic, Dana should do 1 of 2 things...

1. Stick him on an untelivised slot on an Ultimate Fight Night against some spare HW that has 1 fight left on his contract so he can go sign with whoever. If Elite is offering that kind of money, I don't think they'll be around too long...

2. Feed him to Crocop this summer. If Vera thinks he's worth ridiculous money, let him prove it... :lol

(don't include PPV pay)

I'd be fine with Vera getting $200k per fight since he is a solid up and coming fighter, but I don't think it's low-balling relative to what everybody else gets....

but he's definitely had offers to sign with them...

Sounds like the UFC isn't going to pay him what he wants so they're giving him a fight with O'Brien instead of a title fight, then letting him walk...
