Why would ESPN News deviate from college basketball coverage to show a press conference announcing the trade of a little-used backup center in the NBA?

For the record, Pop didn't say they wouldn't make a trade. He said if they did make one, it wouldn't be 'any of the significant players'. So somebody bench spot 8 on down most likely. Which is exactly what Erik Williams is.
