People don't want him back for rebounding. If they want him back, it's for defense.

4.9rbd/game?
so Oberto is still the 2nd best(next to Duncan) rebounder of this team by .1 (5rbd/game) :lol
but :tu to Elson tonight. hope he'll play consistent game from here on.

Tonight had to be one kick in the ass to the average.
Hmmm, how different criteria can be
Beno (currently sucks big time, no doubt about that) was criticised for being injury prone...
Elson (and Bonner for that matter) haven't show so much more than Rasho. Yes, they may fit better to Pop's system but they were both already injured.
Now Rasho is bashed for stats, although anybody who understands basketball knows, that his work was not pumping figures. However, Rasho is very durable, maybe the most durable center in the league. He haven't been injured in three years in SA (or maybe his own career) as much as Elson and Bonner each, this year only.
So please, haters: at least try to use same criteria.
PS: Of course I expect nothing else as Elson (or Bonner) on one leg >>>>>>>>>> Rasho

The only person who wants Rasho back in SA is angel.
The choice wasn't between Rasho and Elson though, the spurs could've had both.

Pop to Elson across the court: "what about playing some D"
Elson: "What? I donīt hear you! Tea? What tea? I donīt drink some fucking tea!"

Btw, I've watched the Raptors/Nets game and it was one of the worst game I've ever seen Rasho plays : he was slower than Bavetta/Barkley and softer than ever.

Yeah you can always tell when he has a bad game because you-know-who is missing from the forum.

I'd take Rasho back if he played for Oberto's salary.

True. Then the Spurs could trade Oberto and Scola for Nocioni or Wallace.

BTW Rasho's highlights for this game :
He has received a pass while he was alone under the basket, he has taken a nap during few seconds before going to the basket to miss a soft layup.
He has boxed out his man to get an offensive rebound but has forget to raise his arms to grab the ball.

Who wants Rasho back?
I think someone* started a thread about it.
This team won almost every game until Rasho was benched for small ball.
They will never be the same without him=*Sequ Spur
but after Detroit I'm not sure if he thinks it's still the best thing to do right now. :p:
