Finally, a T.V. show totally dedicated to greed with absolutely no educational redeeming value or competition with another human being involved.

I watched last night (trying to learn how to operate my new DVR) in COMPLETE horror as a woman with six kids (who operates a childcare in her home, what else?) laid side good cash money on a gamble that she possessed the big bucks in her "case". How many were available to choose from, maybe 30? She chose #8.

A beautiful body is attached to each of the remaining cases, holding each one like some sweet mystery could be revealed any second, waiting for their 15 seconds of fame as a dip by opening the case when called upon. What IS the name of that show?

Of course, I could find out the name on my own, but why? :lol

I have to admit though, Howie Mandel is still hot. :)

I hate that show with so much passion! The way those idiot contestants ham it up (with the producer's approval I'm sure) just makes me want punch the tv in. Thankfully the only time I'm forced to watch it is when I am at the gym, and I now have been scheduling my workouts specifically around watching that piece of crap.

I love that show. Great stuff. Leave it alone. (DEAL OR NO DEAL)

Deal or No Deal is addicting. Just like "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire" and "Wheel of Fortune" before it. Basically it's the risk that we love.

#10...Anya, YUM.

LOL @ the new show that is coming to FOX next week..."Are You Smarter Than a Fifth Grader"

The show, called Are You Smarter than a 5th Grader?, will take its quiz show questions directly from the textbooks of first through fifth graders. The show could premiere as early as this coming January or February.

The show's set will resemble a classroom with one contestant betting cash on whether or not he or she can answer a series of general knowledge questions. There will be five fifth graders of average intelligence on stage with the contestant to act as lifelines and, this is my favorite part, to "gently mock" the adult.

I talked to friends at work about the show, they are crazy about it. Just don't get it. And yeah it's totally fake, as in the contestant is coached to act dramatic, complete with shots of her kiddos, friend, Mom and Hubby. Too much emotionalism for my taste, but oh well. Watch on fans. :)

I think it's great. No plot, no backstabbing. Just putting an average American in the spotlight with the tv cameras rolling, and seeing how greedy they are.

I love Deal or No Deal. No hype, no glitz. They've stripped away everything except abject human greed. I saw some dumb bitch turn down a "banker's offer" of $350K. WTF? It's sure thing, and more money than you've earned in your liftime, trailer-trash!!!
