Chris Cornell is leaving the band, i think due to artistic reasons.

So this basically leaves the door open for a full blown RATM reunion... not just the coachella thing.

Dude Audioslave was the biggest abortion of a superband since Damn Yankees
I saw them perform their original shit at lollapalooza and was completely utterly unimpressed, the fucking Donnas put on a better show than them. Yes, Tom was kick ass, but the band as a whole was missing something, and I think his name is De La Rocha.

RATM forever baby. Also, Soundgarden should stay dead, they had the perfect discography, even went out on a very high note. Down on the upside is one of the most underrated albums ever.

you wanna talk about shitty, unimpressive shows. i saw them hoes play here in austin and it was depressing to have to sit through the set to get to the next act.

and as great as soundgarden was, i'd agree that it should just be left alone. not sure they can top their previous work.

Thank God.

Maybe now he can go back to making albums like Euphoria Morning.

Zach De La Rocha is a bitch. I like a lot of Audioslave's stuff, but the best was on the first album. Shadow of the Sun was an incredible song.

manny you're just jealous of zach because he's a more accomplished hispanic than you are...he wrote the songs that were in your heart all along, but you just couldn't translate them to lyrics and he could. his mexican revolution will live on

Audioslave was just a commercial gimmick. I knew it wasn't going to last long. Hopefully RATM can really get back together and make some good music again.

Audioslave had peaked. The time was right to throw in the towel.

yeah zach was the second coming of dylan, not a dilettante.
