It's written by a bunch of different people and an interesting read. Here's a couple mentions of the Spurs players so far.

Chris Paul won the NBA Street Homecourt video game competition last night.

He beat Tony Parker in the first round, Richard Hamilton in the second and then stung Carlos Boozer, 21-14 in the finals.

Nice work, CP3.

Ricky Davis, P.J. Brown, Willie Green, Matt Bonner (rocking a 'stache Tom Selleck would be proud of), NBA Director of Officials Ronnie Nunn and the WNBA's Kendra Wecker and Tina Thompson walked by us in just the trip from the elevator to the lobby.

Parker sees a bright future at the NBA's point guard position, especially in the West.

"I think that Chris Paul and Deron Williams are going to compete for years to come and have a chance to be the best point guards in the league. They both have brilliant futures."

The booth photos are turning out to be the highlight of the circuit. Jennifer managed to animate Tim Duncan, who had a goofy-face making contest in the booth with teammate Tony Parker.

It is goin on right now. It looks like it will be either David Lee or Chris Paul. Soph are up 107-67 with 13:30 secs left in 2nd half.

It should be interesting to who gets MVP. It could be David Lee, Chris Paul or Monta Ellis.

My guess will be Chris Paul.

Interesting....

David Lee got MVP.

The reason he got the MVP was because he was 14/14

Paul should have got MVP. It must have been hard for Lee to get easy dunks and layups from Dwill and Paul :lol

As long as Nate doesn't win the slam dunk contest ill be happy

This year's rookie class is terrible. Next year's rookies will beat them by about 80.

Look... I know what the city monorail looks like. They were redoing the cars when I was there in September.

Cool huh? :)

LAS VEGAS, Feb. 14, 2007 – Luke Schenscher of the Fort Worth Flyers, Quemont Greer of the Dakota Wizards and Rick Rickert of the Colorado 14ers have been named as replacements for the inaugural Gillette D-League All-Star Game in association with 24 Hour Fitness. The game will be held on February 17, 2007 on Center Court at NBA All-Star Jam Session presented by adidas at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino. The game will tip off at 2 p.m. PT and be televised live on NBA TV.

Schenscher replaces Jared Reiner and Greer takes the spot of James White on the East team. Reiner earned a GATORADE Call-Up to the Milwaukee Bucks from Sioux Falls on February 8 and White was recalled to the San Antonio Spurs from the Austin Toros on January 27. Rickert replaces his Colorado teammate Louis Amundson, who signed a 10-day contract with the Utah Jazz on February 5.
I'm disappointed. I am kind of excited to watch his dunks on this one. i wish the Spurs recalled him after the All-Star game.

No miss? this is not a record?
Yeah, that was easily a record :lol

I think the record was 2 for 2 set by 2 players.

Monta Ellis was like 9 for 9 until he finally missed.

The dude Monta Ellis got some sick ass hops. So does Rudy. Gay did a windmill without a running start...just took a step and WHAMMED it. Those 2 guys should be in the dunk contest next year.

I thought Rudy Gay was goin to be in the dunk contest this year. He should of been in there instead of like Dwight Howard or Tyrus Thomas.

We now have a winner! Tony Parker is the Western half court champ. Ray Allen and Tracy McGrady drilled the half court shots on their fourth attempt, but it was Parker raining one down on his third shot that will take the prize. -- Edited by nba.com staff at 02/17/2007 2:32 PM

^What are they talking about? The shooting stars competition where they had to do a half court attempt? If so Ray Allen and McGrady weren't in there....

Dang, I was hopin' the players lurked here.

On second thought, it's probably a good idea if they don't hear all the bullshit about their performance, their tradeability, and their personal lives.
