Does anyone have any recommendations for a Bluetooth headset for my cell phone? I am looking at spending no more than $100.

Thanks but I had that much figured out. I'm looking for first hand experience with any certain unit.

I have the second one linked above, works perfectly for me. I forget I'm wearing it half the time, it's permanently implanted.

Oh yeah, and the battery lasts a long time. I can go 2-3 days without recharging and I'm on my phone all the time.

I like the motorola ones - especially if it's the flip open kind.

I've got a Jabra (I think it's a 650...didn't see it listed on Best Buy's page, but that's where I got it.).

I tried a Motorola, but I couldn't hear on it for shit. The other side said they could hear just fine, but the volume wouldn't go up high enough to hear over the noise of the truck.

I got a Samsung one with my Blackjack and I could hear just fine on it, but the other end complained about too much background noise.

It may look stupid. But if you're ever in Washington DC and you're talking on the phone regularly, you will get a fat ticket. I heard that all the major cities including SA will start to do this as well in the next 2-3 years.

Radioshack has one that use to be 99.99 but on sale for 49.97.

I bought a Motorola and like ASF said couldn't hear shit so I exchanged it for the one Eriks suggested, it is 100% better and $15 cheaper. :clap

You see i'm not a teenager trying to look cool. I spend a lot of time driving and talking on the phone. I'm tired of having a wired headset.

If that's the case, then our SA court system will take 75 years to try someone for murder, because half the idiots in this town are driving while talking on a cell phone. I see around 10 people do it everyday.

Wired headsets make no sense. Unless your on a 5 dollar budget when you're buying your headset. If that's the case, then it's cool.

Plus, driving without any form of headset (wired or not) screams, "I'm a shitty driver." Everyone's the exception though.

IMHO, driving while talking on a phone, with or without a headset, is just an accident waiting to happen.
