For The Boys (http://web.mac.com/ryskind/iWeb/Site/Fresh%20Meat/3B91E441-2D66-4E8A-A0ED-94337A2AA3CB.html)

One day the U.S. Congress may change allegiance and support al-Qaeda instead of the sons and daughters of their own constituents... .

They will denounce the terrorist leadership as incompetent. Condemn the insurgency for atrocities befitting Hitler, Stalin and Pol Pot. Seek ways of cutting off funds for the failed jihad and prevent terrorist networks from eavesdropping on suspected American agents. And mock the rank and file as dupes who wasted their lives for a Paradise that doesn’t exist.

Not only would it undermine Islamic terrorists everywhere, it would free our troops from bearing the burden of such supporters.

That is one theory.

The other theory is no one would notice.
This is why the Democrats cries that they "support the troops but not their mission" rings so hollow.

"One day the U.S. Congress may change allegiance and support al-Qaeda"

What stinkin', reekin' crap.

This shit is why the Repugs got their butts kicked in November 06,
and why the Repugs don't have fuckin prayer for Nov 2008.

Iraq is lost, the Repugs lost it, and dubya and dickhead will continue to waste US military lives until 20 Jan 2009.

The terrorist leadership has outfoxed the Repugs.

The US has committed the worst atrocity in starting an unnecessary JUST to get dubya elected in 2003, while trying to grab the Iraqi oil for US/UK oilcos.

dubya's bullshit war has recruited funds and terrorists

Does Ryskind really think the terrorists give a shit about his shit? Hubris ad nauseam.

I note he has NO suggestions for Iraq, just dupes/sheeple/rabble-rousing bullshit.

Wow, such hostility.

Why can't you answer such simple questions as "What is victory?" and "Could you give me a list of the WMDs the Bush administration says they have found?"

You're always bitching about both like you know something about them, but when you are asked direct questions about them, you become the same tired coward we have come to know.

You are pathetic.

Sorry, you're going to have to have this conversation with the same person with whom you have sex...yourself.

Have fun with it.

Sending in too few troops who were underequipped too boot just to test out Donald Rumsfeld's new theory of embracing risk has done much more to bring the US closer to defeat in Iraq than anything Congress has done.

From New York Times auther Richard Miniter:

This is a partial list that comes from his book, Disinformation.

Contrary to ongoing reports by mainstream media outlets, WMDs have been found in Iraq, so reports New York Times best-selling author Richard Miniter in his new book, Disinformation.

Consider these shocking facts:

• Found: 1.77 metric tons of enriched uranium

• Found: 1,500 gallons of chemical weapons

• Found: Roadside bomb loaded with sarin gas

• Found: 1,000 radioactive materials--ideal for radioactive dirty bombs

• Found: 17 chemical warheads--some containing cyclosarin, a nerve agent five times more powerful than sarin

This is only a partial list of the deadly weapons Miniter reveals in his new book, Disinformation. Miniter systematically dissects the "No-WMD Myth" (how it started, and why it continues), as well as 21 other War-on-Terror myths perpetuated by the media.

Here's the link if you would like to go to it.

And not one word from the administration.... hard for me to believe that all of this has been found and not one word from a GI, a Fox News reporter... nothing..

After graduating from Vassar College in 1990, Miniter worked for the American Spectator, became a policy analyst at the Competitive Enterprise Institute and was a senior writer at Insight, a magazine published by the Washington Times.:lol

He might want to consider taking that off his resume.

"What is victory" is obviously something other than Yoni's declaration of Iraq being the "Greatest military campaign of all time".
