Bulls: Hinrich told to shoot more

Bulls' point guard Kirk Hinrich has shot 35.4 percent from the field this season, but head coach Scott Skiles wants him to take more shots. Skiles labeled Hinrich as ‘tentative' after a recent loss and told the Chicago Tribune that "there's no question he's passing up shots that I'd like him to take." Kirk is averaging 16.8 points and seven assists a game this season.

We understand the importance of getting teammates involved, and keeping that assist total high, but the Bulls need an offensive leader. If Skiles believes that should be Hinrich, then we are willing to give it a chance.
