The no pants thing was funny because when Manu came out, he wasn't completely ready but the press was waiting. So instead of making the press wait longer, he simply put on his shirt but just had a towel on his bottom half. And he said something to all the camera people like .. just shoot the video from the chest up. So everyone was being respectful of that.

Then, during the interviews, Don Harris mentioned that Manu was wearing no pants and everyone started laughing.

As for Beno's myspace page, I think it's sorta cute. He seems like just a normal guy who happens to play a few minutes in the NBA, because that's exactly what he is! Lay off him, I say.
