Strategy time!

Second night of a b2b. Spurs v. Rockets. Tonight, the Spurs should try to have Elson's floor time match Mutombo's floor time...and then Elson should run wind sprints every time the Spurs rebound.

Mutombo may have looked ageless in Denver last night, but creaky knees are still creaky knees.

Elson should make Cookie Monster look like a newborn Giraffe trying to get up.

Unfortunately for the Spurs, you have to rebound to break like that. And if they rebound well enough to run Mutombo into the ground, they should be in good shape anyway.

But I love the idea of seeing this team get out in the open court to make things happen on the 2nd night of a back-to-back.

I can belive I used to watch Mutombo play when I was just a little kid,And now I´m a grown man and got kids and He is still out there,blocking shots and getting mad rebounds.
I hope Timmy can do the same so we all can enjoy his talent for another 7 or 8 yrs.
