James was a late scratch from the lineup because of back spasms. The Cavaliers are 3-0 this season without their superstar and 9-2 without him since he joined the team in 2003-04.

Unsurprising considering how poorly that team was constructed.

The pieces do not work together but are capable of functioning on their own, at least in the short term.

In other related news. The Heat have now won 7 straight after knocking off Utah after coming for 17 points down.

OK Ducks, if you were the coach of the Cavs, would you keep LeBron on the bench the rest of the year? I assume the point behind your post was to point out that Cleveland is a better team without him, so I'm guessing your idea would be to never play him.

Then I suppose you'd deal him away in the offseason in the first halfway decent deal you got, right? After all, the Cavs are 3-0 (Holy shit! That's 1.000!!) without him, so he's basically worthless, right?

If that's not your position, then what is the point of passing along this item? Three games out of 82 is a trend of some kind?

lebron will go down as one of the most overrated players ever in the game

So, by that logic, we should go ahead and engrave the trophy for Cleveland this year. They should trade LeBron for the Jerome James pupu platter and a bag of basketballs.

Along similar lines, out of the nine times I have smoked crack, smacked my girl across the face, and run out of my trailer in my underwear, I have only been arrested twice. I'd say it's a pretty good percentage.

if I were the coach of the cavs
I would trade james for 2 young rising stars and 2 first round draft picks
