A Norwegian couple who had sex on stage at a rock festival have caused more controversy at their court appearance.
Tommy Hol Ellingsen, 28, dropped his trousers and showed his penis during a break in the proceedings at Kristiansand City Court.
"We would have liked to have f***ed here in court as well, it's a nice space, but we would probably be thrown in jail," he told Nettavisen.
Ellingsen and his 21-year-old girlfriend, Leona Johansson, dressed in children's clothes for the occasion, both pleaded not guilty.
The trial comes after they refused to pay £850 fines for their public sex act during a gig by Kristopher Schau and the Cumshots at a Norwegian music festival.
The couple are founder members of the F*** for Forest organisation which is dedicated to having sex in public to save the environment.
Two members of the band admitted their part in the stunt, although the other three denied all knowledge of it.
Band member Ole Petter Andreassen, who paid his fine, backed them up saying: "The fewer who knew about it, the bigger the chances that the stunt wouldn't be stopped."
Meanwhile, Norwegian paper VG reports that the couple are earning nearly £7,000 a month from people downloading footage of them having sex.
They say most of it will go to help save the rain forest - but admit to using about 15% of the income to live on. The case continues.
