What's up with Signatures?

I thought I saw something a few nights ago about a problem originating in someone's signature. Now they're turned off. Is there still a problem? It was something about a pop up appearing. I never saw it so I can't tell if it happened again. Anyone know?

I don't like to bother them. When it happened the other night there was a thread on it. I guess it'll wash out. Either there'll be info on it or they'll get turned back on. Or they won't if people are being dicks about it and infesting the board.
It's too bad. There were some I really liked. But I can see turning them off if they bother you.
