Magic
Shaq put "Big Fundamental" on Tim and it stuck; Shaq also put "Mr. Duncan" on Tim and it didn't. I always thought Mr. Duncan was a great nickname for Tim - it connotes his no-nonsense approach and game, and implies a level of respect Shaq seldom ever admits to. One of the few times I enjoyed something Shaq said for the right reasons.
John "Hot Plate" Williams - at the time, there was another John Williams, nicknamed "Hot Rod". Hot Plate liked to eat, let's put it that way.
"Iceman" - cold as ice. I also like the way it shortened to "Ice".
"45" - Jim Rome's nickname for Jordan, based upon Jordan's uniform number during his baseball tryout and the number he wore during his 1995 return to the NBA. I'm not sure why that nickname makes me laugh, but it does.
"Frenchie" - Steve Smith's highly original nickname for then-rookie Tony Parker. I also like Tony's "Tony Pizzle, AKA The Machine" :lol
Joe Barely Cares Still - a play on the name Joe Barry Carroll, an apathetic 7-footer who played in the '80's.
"The Human Victory Cigar" - any end-of-the-bench guy on an NBA roster. Mike Wilks was the best back in '05, but let us never forget Tom Copa.
"Wince" Carter - back when VC was getting hurt a lot. Mean, but a lot of good humor is.
"Agent Zero" - I happen to love the Gilbert Arenas show; he and Chad Johnson need to team up and fight crime.
Karl "Psychotic Monster" Malone - fitting
Wes "The Typographical Error" Bialosuknia - I didn't make that up, he played in the ABA and that was his nickname.
Kevin "T-Rex" Willis - a dual purpose nickname alluding to his age and tiny little goblin-arms.
I'm sure I'll think of more later.

Chocolate Thunder.
I lived in Phily when Dawkins played for the 76ers and he and his brothers came to the basketball camp that I was attending. He told the group that he was there to teach them about playing the low post position but thought we'd all like to see a dunking exhibition instead :p: He and his brothers (all big boys) proceeded to put a dunking exhibition that was really cool (at least to a 14 year old :lol ).
