Assistant coach P.J. Carlesimo is expected to miss the first two games of the trip because of jury duty. Carlesimo, who had already twice postponed his commitment, likely will rejoin the team Saturday in Toronto.
I guess the forces that be do not want the Spurs to start off with too good a record.

I was at the courthouse last Thur and saw him sitting on one of the benches outside one of the civil courtrooms with his jury badge on.
As I walked down the hall you could hear all the other guy jurors waiting for jury selection talking about how one of the Spur coaches was in their jury panel
