to the Phoenix Suns for winning the Pacific Division for the 3rd year in a row.
After beating The Minnesota Timberwolves 108-90, The Nash-led Suns are headed to the playoffs once again, this time with a chip on their shoulder. After everyones' claiming that they will not stand a chance against the likes of Dallas and San Antonio, Phoenix looks to prove everyone one wrong with their high-scoring offense,no defense play. Can the Suns somehow make it to the finals without playing any D? If so, can they beat the east team in the finals(Detroit, Miami, or Cleveland)?

DISCUSS.

congratulations on winning the division 3 years in a row, having the 2 time and possibly third time mvp

and having no finals appearances to show for it

1) No.

2) If they were somehow able to make it there, then yes.

Seriously, what have the Mavs achieved that the Suns haven't?

Mavs fans need to go blow ass, as far as I'm concerned.

Right now, here's the order

1. Spurs
1. Suns
3. Mavs

nothing really but if you wanna really talk about the last couple of years, the mavs didn't get their faces kicked in by the spurs the way the suns did two years ago in the wcf. as for this season, the mavs are still up 2-1 on both the spurs and suns. still, aside from your stupidity, i could see any of these three teams and 1-2 teams from the east making a serious run for the playoffs.

You guys act like winning the Pacific Division is a hard thing.

This topic is just meaningless smack. Let the playoffs do the talking.

it's a testament to the southwest division and the texas teams in particular that the division hasn't been decided despite having the team with the best record in the league.

that said, congrats to the suns for their achievement, seriously. as for their matchup against the east, anything can happen. if the suns make it that far, they stand a good chance of winning but i wouldn't discount the pistons or the heat (assuming wade comes back)...the cavs, they won't do much this year.

Winning the Pac. Division isn't what it used to be now that there is a 3-division format.

I love the Spurs....but even I have to put the Mavs at #1.

Seriously, I hate the Mavs, but I dont know if I would put the Spurs ahead of Dallas or Phoenix right now, shit if Miami gets Wade back at anything close to what he was, they would be a close 4th, and the Pistons are gona be tought this year too. Oh Spur homers......

i was shocked. lol, i'm a vegetarian and somewhat of an animal rights activist (more like i write a check to 2-3 orgs) but the reasoning for wanting to kill the little bear is just plain stupid when the bear could be perfectly fine in his zoo environment and could be bred considering the scarcity.

Congrats to the Suns....always a dangerous team. Yes if they make it that far then they would have most likely gone thru either the Mavs or the Spurs to do it. Bring on the playoffs!
