What exactly is PayPal? And how do you use it?Its like an account used pay or receive money securely over the web. All of your questions should be answered on the site though. You basically register your credit card or bank account.

Yeah, I guess it makes no sense to go to the actual site & read & see about what they do, why would a company want to explain how their system works? That wouldn't do anybody any good. And I'm pretty sure that no links on google would pop up & explain how the system works. There's only 290,000,000 results for paypal & the first page gives a bunch of info on how the system works, ace.
