If you watch the video, you'll also see another video in the sidebar where David Robinson talks about the effect of breast cancer on his family and the Race for the Cure (which is happening this Saturday).

I think I'm going to sign up for this year's race. I wanted to do it the first year but I ended up going out of town for a good friend's wedding, and last year I was too tied-down with school. And in all honesty there may not be a 4th one since Barry might wind up in trade bait conversations again next season...hope he doesn't since he can be clutch sometimes. 5K, that's what, a little over 3 miles (too lazy to hit up Google)? I think my out of shape ass can handle that.

I'm going to register right now but I may have a problem making it to pick up those packets since I don't live in SA. If anyone here is going to do it and wants to pick up my packet and hook up before the race, shoot a PM my way. Dunno if they'll let someone else pick up for me...maybe I could call the number and ask.

Is this an inappropriate thread to say I think Bren't wife is very good looking?

I saw their commercial two or three times during last nights game.

Brent's wife is beautiful and she seems like a really caring person.

I have been to the race both the previous years they had it. It's a lot of fun.
I am not sure yet, if I will be able to make it this year.

But anyone who can go, should. :)

I doubt I will be able to make it this year, although I participated in the first one and it is a lot of fun. I encourage everyone who has the ability, to go. It is for a good cause, and the race is very well organized. The course route for the first one was around the arena and parking lot, and they had plenty of help in both organizing and orchestrating the events.

This post just voicing my vote of support.
