Warriors fans think this guy is a surefire nba superstar I wanted to get other fans opinions on him. He might be the quickest guy in the league has a awesome mid-range jumper and can jump out of the building and seemingly shows something new every game.

Every Warrior player plays like an allstar vs. the Mavs so it's hard for any of them to stand out.

Yeah there arent too many better pgs then baron when hes healthy. Baron can pretty much do it all and is the unquestioned leader of our team.

I think he could be similar to Gilbert Arenas. And, he's also a second round draft pick by the Warriors. Luckily, they will be able to keep him under the CBA. I think the Warriors should make him the starting point guard and try to trade Baron Davis.

Monta is one of my favourite non Mavs player. I had him winning the MVP for the Rookie game, and when I was telling that to some friends of mine they barely knew who he was. They got to see the kid at the Rookie game and I came really close with my call.

Monta Ellis is all style no substance.

Most of his baskets come off of transition. I doubt he'd be better in a half court offense.

thanks to him...I might win my fantasy bball league.

Well him and Kobe, T-Mac, and TD :)

If he could really develop some PG skills at least at the level of a Tony Parker where he passes really well within the offensive sets/system he could be phenomenal. I hate the "tweener" status. I think he's a true 2 with some serious defensive liability. We shall see.

He's more of a SG IMO, but undersized. Good player though, we'll see if he improves.

Yeah, let's go get a guy shooting under 41% and roughly 35% from the arc to drag down our averages. :rolleyes We also need that lockerroom lawyer to call out his teammates in the paper. We've been lacking that.

I haven't seem him much...but from what I have seen, he has potential be an solid player for years to come.....possibly even all-star (wouldn't surprise me at all on a couple of years). He is athletic and if he can harness that to work on his favor more...watch out.

I was on a 10 team league and did quite well with many nights of double-digit scoring from all my players, it was fun.

Warriors are lucky to have happened on Ellis. He can only get better and his energy and hustle works for Nelson, so he should continue to get good minutes to develop.
