Big Game Tonight....The winner of this most likely gets to lose to the Spurs in the first round. While the Loser gets a chance at beating the Suns in the first. Haha Will be a great game.

There's still a few games to play.

Nugs are looking strong so far. Should be a real barn burner...

Lakers made a good comeback at the end of the 2nd.... nice steal from Iverson.. but the nugs are doing a good job on offense. should be an interesting 2nd half. :downspin:

Nugs are playing like madmen with a mission. Camby, 9 boards, 4 blocks--that player is always overshadowed by Carmello in the media, shame! When Nugs played the Lakers last week, Camby had a 21/20 night with 6 blocks, and it went largely unnoticed behind Carmello's stats.

Camby on the Kings would be frigging unREAL.

Dumb announcer: "The Lakers have the lead back".

They haven't lead since first few minutes of the first...

Bring a net for the Lakers to prevent them from falling in the standings

Q. on the FT brickfest at the end.
:07 Carmello Anthony espn feed said missed 1st FT then changed it to made.
Was there a lane violation that gave him another shot at 1st FT?

yeah the days of him elbowing Mike Bibby in the jaw and being paraded to the FT line seem to be over.

:lol Where was Kobe when the Lakers needed him? it's nice to see them lose, but why do I feel bad for them? :oops the playoffs would be just weird without the lakers, wouldn't it? I dunno but there's still a couple games left.... who'll clinch that spot...?

No. And he missed the first shot, I think...

I checked the NBA feed, and it states both were made. So, I must be WRONG.

Now you're really confusing me.
112-109 and Kobme hits both FTs with 7 seconds left to make it:
112-111 Denver. Inbounds and Vujacic fouls Anthony to stop the clock.

missed or made 1st FT attempt?
Because boxscore says made 1st and 2nd for 114-111 lead.

However as the feed was going, it had 'Mellow missing the 1st and then correcting that about 20 seconds later. Hence a lane violation would have been huge.

My best recollection is that he missed the first of two attempts, with just seconds left on the clock--because originally I thought if he made the first shot he might want to brick the second. But obviously I can't argue with the stat guys. Perhaps I spaced out when a lane violation was called, but I'm clean, I SWEAR!

You really outta just spring for the NBA League pass Dude. :)
