Which word do you say?

I get annoyed from time to time when people say "cuss" rather than curse.

I have also noticed that most of the people I've heard say "cuss" were black...and no, I'm not trying to say that I hate black people.

Who uses the word "curse"? Maybe some old lady or something.

Everyone I know says "cuss", and I am not trying to act "ghetto".

People who say Curse are East Coast Playas.

curse is a noun.

cuss is a verb. You're right, cuss is a verb, and it doesn't mean to use profanity, and curse is a noun AND verb, meaning to swear at.

Don't bring that bullshit that one's the noun and one's the verb, they're interchangeable.

I usually say swear or swearing, but between the two I think curse is more appropriate.

Heyy Bobbie! :spin :dramaquee

I use cuss just by the fact that all the other kids at school use it, so i'm used to it. the only people that I heard use curse are adults, like, 40 year olds... well maybe it's different in places of the country i guess... :wtf
