This is not unexpected in a sense.

Many times the team on the road which is the underdog comes in really aggressive and takes the lead. However, over the course of the game, the better team which also has the support of the crowd, works their way back into the game and takes the lead.

It is very unlikely that we will continue to miss all of these open shots. We won't shoot 25 % against this Nuggets team for the whole game (they allow 46 %). It is an anomaly.

Now, when our shooting improves, what do you think will happen to the score? I would expect it to get closer and closer.
