Starting this a bit early, no? Isn't there still about 12 hours to game time? :lol

Yes, we need this one, but most of all we need our team to play Spurs basketball and prove to us all that the other night was just rust.

If we can't convincingly beat these guys playing our game, this series is not going far and we won't be the victor.

Most of all, we need three things:
*shut down one of their scorers, doesn't matter which;
*keep Nene and Camby off the boards better;
*Tim and Manu to wake up and play like their playoffs are on the line, which they are.

I have to say I'm more scared of these Nuggets than I was of Sacto last year or the Nuggets the year before, far more scared... :madrun They effectively have a big three in AI, Melo and Camby, and Nene's development (about time!) gives them a real low-post beast.

The Spurs won nearly every statistical category in that game, except the final score of course. Melo and AI hit very close to their AVERAGE. The only real statisical anomaly was bench scoring, where the Sprus outscored the Nugs by more then 30 points. The game was alot closer than it should of been. You better get your facts straight, becuase wishfull thinking doesn't win games.
