Damn, this team kept their composure and fought back from a 7 point Dallas lead and never game up! Amazing! Sjax that three brought them back! He has ice in his blood! I wish we still had him with us!
They're actually Warriors.
I've never seen a team play with so much heart, they look like a bunch of Nocionis out there. Rebounding, stealing balls in key posetions, making the Mavs look like the 8th seed (plus the fear in all their faces at clutch time, that was priceless).
No matter how this series ends the Golden State Warriors have got my admiration.

Refresh my memory why is it the Spurs let him go? Was it one of those he wanted more money than they were willing to pay things?

I think he got more money if I'm not mistaken. When he left us, he went Atlanta and then was traded to Indiana.
I know people are going to say it was good of him to be gone because he turns the ball over, but he can shoot the 3 consistently and young and athletic! He was part of 2003 Championship and shooting 3's that helped win that championship!

Nugs aside, this is incredible. I couldn't have scripted this any better. Dallas getting spanked in the 1st round.
And after all the trash their fans talked all season long.

The only other teams I've ever seen hustle as much as the Warriors have all been those college underdog teams like VCU in the tournament that go out and play an entire game of full court pressure and fight til the end. Props to Golden State, even if they cant finish the job this has been a memorable series for everyone watching

actually, we offered him more money than atlanta did, but he signed a one year deal in hope of a much bigger contract, and then he got it.
although, to be honest, i'm not sure if indy feels that they got their money's worth. but i'm sure GS isn't complaining...
