Article on Fedor's free agent status...

I agree with everything Jake said. I don't care what happens, if Fedor demands to fight in Sambo I don't blame the UFC for not signing him.

http://www.sherdog.com/news/articles.asp?n_id=8530

Its makes no sense to invest in an athlete and risk his injury and waste your advertising dollars on another company to benefit. As much as I want to see him fight in the UFC it can't come at too high of a cost.

But I also don't blame Fedor's camp for trying everything they can to get everything they want. But they are seriously risking his legacy here.

Anyone listen to the Sherdog Radio Network? Ive been tuning in alot lately, but ive got to the point where i cant even listen any more. What is their beef with Dana White and the UFC?

Ah the radio network…I listen to them all the time on my ipod.

Stephen Quadros show is good.

Jorden Breen is a genius but he is not a very good radio host. He sounds like the girl from American Wedding in the way he talks.

The Savage Dog show is not that great. Sherwood is awful and Savage is average.

But "The Beatdown" with TJ is one of the best radio shows period. TJ is a natural radio host.

LEONARD and I will probably disagree with this on the Dana issue and I am curious what his whole opinion is on this.

But here is my take. Dana and Sherdog split because nearly everyone involved with Sherdog has huge egos and that did not mesh with Dana's huge ego. The initial split was everyones fault probably and resulted in their credentials getting pulled.

But as time went on Sherdog got more and more petty about the issue and as they kissed PRIDE's butt more and more they became HEAVILY biased against the UFC.

At one point one of the radio hosts Josh Gross (who is an excellent columnist) revealed the winners of the ultimate season 4 and ruined the whole season. That’s when things got worse. Sherdog is an excellent site and they do great work on non UFC coverage but they are so biased I do not take any critism they have of the UFC seriously. If you want fairly neutral coverage of the UFC check out mmaweekly.com.

Sherdog is not so much a news site IMO, it is an editorial page.

LEONARD

I think that's a pretty good summary by Evan...

It's not so much "Sherdog" as it is certain guys there, who happen to be the guys that have been there the longest. I don't think Quadros or Breen has any beef with the UFC.

and I listen to almost all of the radio shows throughout the week...

That's why they shouldnt run the ESPN mma page.

Evan

That's why they shouldnt run the ESPN mma page.

My point exactly. Its not the best choice for mma for them to be considered the "interpretation of MMA."That is what ESPN is saying by having them do their work for them.

So once again, mmaweekly.com is in my opinion the finest mma site around. They don't have as many write ups and videos but their news is solid, clean, complete and as unbiased as it gets in sports media. I wonder what the decision process was to pick sherdog over them.

CBSsports.com and the Houston chronicle online (http://www.chron.com/) are rising stars in mainstream(unbiased) mma media and don't get recognized enough.

Sherdog is great for what it is, an editorial page. And when it comes to editorial MMA sites, they are the best.

Priscila Belfort's Murderer Confesses

Wednesday, August 08, 2007
by Sherdog.com Staff

The kidnapper and eventual murderer of Priscila Belfort, sister of popular mixed martial artist Vitor Belfort (Pictures), confessed to authorities on Monday, according to Brazilian media.

Elaine Paiva, 27, admitted to kidnapping and murdering Belfort after receiving money when the gang she worked under was dissatisfied with ransom negotiations.

Palva was arrested along with three others alleged to be involved in the kidnapping that took place in January 2004.

Police are going search for the body on a small farm near Rio, where Belfort is said to have been buried.

Sad story about Belfort's sister...there's no telling what he could've done in MMA had that not happened. Definitely had a huge impact on his career...

and Kid Yamamoto is still on the LW top 10, which he shouldn't be. I don't think he's even 145 lbs when he fights. They should've removed him from LW and put him on the FW list...

Franca tells the truth and never denies anything and gets screwed...can't even corner guys during his suspension...and is ripped by Dana White on ESPN.com...

White: That's one of the dumbest things ever said. He said he twisted his ankle. It happens all the time. He called us and said he was hurt. Two days later, he said he could fight. Nobody is ever forced to fight. I can go down the list and tell you 50 guys who've pulled out of fights because of an injury.

Sherk denies and delays his hearing...and Dana supports him fully and spouts off BS about the levels he tested for not being that high in the same article he rips Franca in...

White: I've known Sean Sherk for a long time. He's a really good man. He trains hard and has worked hard to get where he's at. You and me probably have six nanograms [of the steroid Nandrolone] in our system; he had 12. Other guys who've been busted for the same steroid have had over 50 nanograms in their system. What my experts tell me is, there's no way that he would only have 12 in his system.

and James Toney goes to his hearing and cusses the commission and ends up getting his suspension reduced to just 6 months!!
http://www.latimes.com/sports/la-sp-fight7aug07,1,6819133.story?coll=&ctrack=1&cset=true

Former three-time world champion Toney, whose 2005 victory over World Boxing Council heavyweight champion John Ruiz was ruled a no-contest after Toney tested positive in New York for the steroid nandrolone, defeated Danny Batchelder by split decision May 24 in San Jose. Afterward, he tested positive for two steroids, including boldenone, a fat-reducing medication for horses prescribed only by veterinarians.

Commissioner Dr. Chris Giza met Toney's defense with skepticism, asking, "What evidence exists beyond this hypothetical [contamination]?"

When Commissioner Julio Ramirez suggested Toney receive a reduced 120-day suspension, Giza motioned for the full year to be upheld, adding, "Modifications require clear rationale." Ramirez admitted he was swayed by Toney's 78-fight career to give the boxer the "benefit of the doubt," to which Giza argued, "So, you're saying any athlete with a high profile" gains a suspension reduction? Ramirez answered no.

Commissioner Peter Lopez then suggested a 180-day suspension for Toney, which will expire toward the end of November, and six commissioners voted to approve it, with only Giza voting no.

What a bunch of BS...

I wonder how you sort that mess out....

I love Dana and I support him but I sometimes wonder if he needs more help and this thing has out grown him in what he can do.

Same thing happened in Dallas with Jerry Jones. He brought the Cowboys and the NFL to new levels never dreamed of. He had a lot of say in the league, players union, FOX sports and of course the Cowboys.

The league exploded along with the Cowboys and grew out of his control, things started getting screwed up and he had to relinquish control to others. Just too much to do.

Denial...Denial....Denial......

I wonder if they really believe it?

I've noticed that Sherdog radio is conspicuously lacking in UFC fighters to interview, especially since Josh Gross's rant to Dana White regarding steroids. The masses are wondering if the UFC is now forbidding their fighters to do on-air interviews at Sherdog. Fact or fiction? - Jamie Ford, Great Falls, MT

Kenny Florian (Pictures) was a guest last week; WEC welterweight champion Carlos Condit (Pictures) and UFC lightweight contender Marcus Aurelio appeared on Sherdog Radio last Friday. I would lean towards fiction.

I have yet to figure White out. In 2005, he was caught on-camera commending the Internet fight culture for keeping the sport alive. Now he's blasting those same outlets while the mainstream press revises history to make Zuffa look like a bastion of dignity next to SEG's bare-knuckled hedonists.

Maybe I just answered my own question.

It's been alleged his problem with Sherdog.com stems from a dislike for the online store and its selection of competing wares. I can appreciate his desire to see journalism separated from commerce, but it's hardly a unique situation. ESPN offers NFL, MLB, and NBA apparel, not to mention its own logo-emblazoned stuff.

Somehow, I doubt White would refuse SportsCenter's on-air publicity based on ESPNshop.com selling Ultimate NASCAR DVDs.

Ryan Shamrock, the 18-year-old son of UFC Hall of Famer Ken Shamrock, will make his MMA debut at an Aug. 25 show promoted by Ken Shamrock Promotions.

The event takes place at the Feather Falls Casino in Oroville, Calif., which played host to an earlier “Fight at the Falls” event that was promoted by Shamrock’s production company back in March.

Ryan, who trains with his father’s Lion’s Den team, is one of three sons that Ken had with his first wife, Tina. None of the major databases have an amateur record listed for the teenager.

Anyway, for awhile the UFC refused to post records of fights not in the UFC. Stupid of them. I understand fighters who have never fought for them but not if the guy is under contract. Also, if you piss of Dana, your record gets removed. Its idiotic. But now they post non UFC records as long as you have had at leasts one fight for them.

So go with Sherdog. Its not 100% accurate but its as close as we can get for now. For people like Jeremy Horn who have a ton of fights stretching back you will find a different record on every site you go to.

ok thanks for the clearance

UFC obsessively protect their name to an extreme degree.

Also note that Sherdog does not consider a win in K-1 (kick boxing) or things like Abu Dhabi(submission tourneys) a win either. Which is good because its not true MMA ....otherwise Mirko would have a ton more fights listed. Something like another 23 fights in K-1.

I think this sets up Chuck vs Silva as the "New Years" headliner ahead of Hughes-Serra on Dec 29th at UFC 79...

Give me Silva...unless Silva has to fight with Dana swinging from his nuts...then I think Chuck takes him... :D

“As crazy as this sounds, this is the pinnacle of my seven year career in this company,” said UFC President Dana White. “I’m so excited to have this guy under contract. He grabbed my arm and looked me in the eyes like one of his pre-fight staredowns and he said ‘I’m gonna fight so good for you, you’re gonna see the best fights ever from Wanderlei Silva.”

“This guy is a real fighter,” said White. “He reminds me of Chuck Liddell, and he’s the kind of fighter that all fight fans love to see fight. He’s a gunslinger. He will get in harm’s way to inflict damage and pain. This guy comes out like a speeding train and never stops. He goes for the finish, he likes to knock people out, and I just think he’s going to bring so much excitement to the UFC, I feel like I’m going to jump out of my skin.”

I'm surprised they cared enough to change it, considering how little they've cared to push or promote Rampage...

The CSAC rulings after a suspension (like the rest) is merely a hearing to get your license back after a suspension and I don't think they will look to fondly on a suspended fighter doing anything involved with a competition. CSAC, NSAC and NJAC expect every fighter and every organization to obey their rulings like the mafia.

But Dana must be fairly thankful of this Mike Vick and and NBA mess. It totally blew over the Sean Sherk / Hermes Franca fiasco. Toward the end of summer there is so little sports news that the media would have been all over this this Sherk/Franca mess. Granted the mainstream media fairly ignores MMA but since it was negative news, they would have bit on it.

Agreed on Vick. And don't forget Barry Bonds and Tim Donaghy. Franca and Sherk wasn't even a blip on the radar thanks to those three men. I'm sure Dana is counting his blessings on the timing. He would max out weight wise in the UFC HW division. Would he function at such a high level if he dropped so much?

But why was he a top 10? Because of the fight with Cro Cop?

He could make 265. He fought in the 250's in K-1. After he fought Fedor he said that dropping weight was his goal, but I haven't heard anything else about him...

CC is definitely his best win. 8 months ago the top 10 didn't include Couture or Gonzaga as they weren't even in the picture. The UFC HW's were Sylvia and Arlovski and that was it. Hunt was easily in the top 8 HW's in Pride. He was ranked #9 at the time. Maybe he was in the top 10 by default, but I think most feel that Hunt would wreck Sylvia...and I think he'd do well with Arlovski because he's just not the type to take somebody down and try to submit (no doubt Hunt's weakness). He showed that he could beat CC in what basically amounts for a K-1 match, and he took a full on head kick from CC, which nobody has ever done before. He's a dangerous fight for anybody...he's perfect for the UFC, IF he gets his weight down a little. You'd think it wouldn't be too hard. He's been about 290 lbs. Lose 15 lbs and cut 10. Not really that much to lose...but again, haven't heard a peep, other than other than a possible Bob Sapp vs Mark Hunt fight...but GFC seems to fail at everything...

Luke at BloodyElbow smacked Dana around nicely...
http://bloodyelbow.com/story/2007/8/22/205932/422

What Dana White has to say about how he treats fighters:

The fighters in the UFC are treated very well. You have to remember, this is a business like any other business. But we got into this particular business because we love it and care about it and we try to develop it and make it get better. I like most of the guys in the sport. They're my friends. We're not going to mistreat the fighters. I wouldn't mistreat a friend and so I won't mistreat my fighters. The only fighter I really don't like is Tito. And you should know that none of them are unhappy with us.

Then there's Dan Henderson's take:
This is a stressful time for the Henderson family. Henderson's wife, Alison, is pregnant with their third child. She is due to have a c-section next week, then Henderson will leave for England a day later on Sept. 3. The Henderson's moved Alison's c-section up a week, so Dan could be there for his wife. Henderson said he had asked for the fight to be held in November or even the Sept. 22 date at the Honda Center, but he said UFC president Dana White insisted the fight would have to be on Sept. 8. Henderson is the consumate professional, so he is dealing with the situation. Alison said she wished she could give her husband more attention and support like she has for his past fights.

I also liked this question, from the yahoo sports Q&A...

FORKED TONGUE

A few months ago you were writing Wanderlei Silva off because he "just got destroyed by Cro Cop" (in your words) but now you say his signing is the pinnacle of your seven-year UFC career. How do you reconcile all you said about Wanderlei, where you basically implied it's not worth it to put together a Silva vs. Liddell match after Silva's knockout loss to Cro Cop, with your comments after he signed with the UFC?

Shaun Haines

DW: I was pissed off when he lost to Cro Cop because Pride destroyed what would have been the biggest fight in MMA history. I was trying to make that fight for years and instead of them making it when he and Chuck both had titles and both had been undefeated for a long time, they let him fight in a fight that did no business and they got him knocked out. I was legitimately upset because they ruined a mega-fight. I said it's the pinnacle because I said I wanted all the top talent in the UFC and I think now, we pretty much have it.

---------------

I'm sorry, but Dana is so full of shit...he said it was the "pinnacle" because he has all the top talent now? It wasn't because he signed Silva?? :lol

Not saying I disagree with you by the way, I am just saying had we been closer to PRIDE the problems with them would have been far bigger than we ever thought I think. PRIDE succeeded far longer than its management shelf life because of a few of its fighters.

I dearly miss PRIDE but they had decay hanging off them for a bit.

Dana is an idiot sometimes but he is very smart and this “attitude” persona of his will be gone as soon as he gets serious main stream criticism for it by ESPN and the like. Most of the time he seems to know when to turn it off. I will sometimes read a magazine write up where he is a completely different person then another when he is on TUF.

He says many many stupid things but he is smart I think. If that makes sense.

Most of the time he seems to know when to turn it off. I will sometimes read a magazine write up where he is a completely different person then another when he is on TUF.

He says many many stupid things but he is smart I think. If that makes sense.

I'm not sure on Dana. He's good at clarifying things at a later time, but most of the time he has foot-in-mouth disease. The only semi-intelligent things that he says are in direct relation to the UFC organization as a whole. Almost everything else should be taken with a grain salt; as most of it ends up being BS anyway.

Dana runs the gig -- Gary "Jerry" was the announcer. There's a big difference there.

Yeah, but you said "quotes" so I thought you were just talking about him in interviews.

But he also had a lot to do with the production of the PPV's. Granted he didn't fight match but he was more than an announcer...

One of my 20 hobbies is reading about the cold war and I came across this nugget after reading this entire write up on wiki on Vladir Putin.......

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vladimir_Putin

"One of Putin's favorite sports is the martial art of judo. Putin began sambo (a Soviet martial art developed for the Red Army and the NKVD) at the age of 14, before switching to judo, which he continues to practice today.[90] Putin won competitions in his hometown of Leningrad (now Saint Petersburg), including the senior championship of Leningrad. He is the President of the Yawara Dojo, the same St. Petersburg dojo he practiced at when young. Putin co-authored a book on his favorite sport, published in Russian as Judo with Vladimir Putin and in English under the title Judo: History, Theory, Practice.[91]

Though he is not the first world leader to practice judo, Putin is the first leader to move forward into the advanced levels. Currently, Putin is a black belt (6th dan) and is best known for his Harai Goshi, a sweeping hip throw.[92] Vladimir Putin is Master of Sports (Soviet and Russian sport title) in Judo and Sambo. After a state visit to Japan, Putin was invited to the Kodokan Institute and showed the students and Japanese officials different judo techniques.[92]

Putin is also a fan of mixed martial arts, and is considered a friend of Fedor Emelianenko. He attended the BODOG Fight event in St. Petersburg.

My guess has always been it was probably just a counter PR move by PRIDE to have a "Dana White" in place to speak for them.

Sadly, another bad move by PRIDE. That one might rank with trying to get Tyson involed.

I remember the first time I saw him talk and I couldn't believe what I was hearing.....

At that time I did not visit MMA forums much, mainly websites and I had no clue what was going on.

Sorry Dana, but you don't have everyone... :lol

Say what you want about Barnett, but he's a top 5 HW by anybody's standards...Dana is pissed that he's ripping on Couture obviously...

Fedor obviously...
Kang, who IS a stud MW...which they desperately need right now. Weakest division in the UFC...
Mark Hunt, who CAN make 265 lbs...so he's not worthy but chumps like Cabbage and Paul Buentello have been in the past?
Aleks E, assuming he wouldn't have work visa issues...

Carlos Arona
Sokoudjou

That's my only problem with what Josh said...if he wants to say he could beat Randy I have no problem with that (I'd pick Barnett). But saying that he's still the real belt holder is pretty lame...he had his belt stripped. It'd be a little different if he left over contract stuff and still had the belt (technically)...

My thoughts on "if Fedor does not sign this weekend with the UFC......."

Fedors camp claims he is training for a fight. I bet it is pondering and I bet that pondering is indeed a glorified Sambo event that will air on that MFC / M-1 website...

And it will be some gawdawful exhibition fight where some poor lowly red devil newbie will get dominated in and out by the great "Fedya" for 18 minutes so fans clamour even more for "Fedya"

It would be very smart on their part. Fans would see its "only pads" and not as aggressive as standard MMA "so why is Dana White so against this" But they would also see Fedor dominate as he does. He would still be staying somewhat active.

Thats how I see it. Sometime in the next few weeks shall he not sign with someone... somewhere ...will find a press release .

Unless another club grabs him and Josh Barnett for a one time super fight for a one time event (there is no way anyone signs those two for more than 1 fight unless it is the UFC. That would be a roughly 1.5 million dollar fight (for purses) and I am not sure amny clubs can afford that as a one time deal.

The IFL would have to somehow figure out how to make a live fight happen on TV and that would be even more money for the IFL who are already in the red. They can barely afford to pay their rosters right now. The IFL pays a fighter per year, not so much per fight.

EliteXC...who exactly knows where their at but I seriously doubt they have made many new subscribers for showtime and for them, thats what it is all about. But Showtime could possibly pony up for that one fight to happen. They would gain more subscribers in one quarter than they ever have in history.

"Fedya's" Red Devil club is furious at Bodog for a basic "breach of contract" for a logo mess with that Bodog fight in Russia (long story, not worth retelling really)

So who does that leave? UFC.......ICON (no chance can they afford it even though their merger has flooded them with more cash)...No British club can afford Josh and Fedor...

Proelite.com can't afford them either, nor would they pay that much for a internet fight anyway.

K-1...interesting ........but their American debut was a disaster. If they get the proper marketing its a possibility.

Just my thoughts...who knows...

:ihit

There's nothing not to like about Franklin, other than the fact that he's one of Dana's posterboys. I just don't think he's THAT great...

Look at his "run"...

Win Yushin Okami - excellent fighter, Rich couldn't finish him and was almost submitted
Win Jason MacDonald - good, not great...gatekeeper guy...
Loss Anderson Silva - ouch
Win David Loiseau - we THOUGHT he was great, but look what he's done since getting dominated by Rich??
Win Nathan Quarry - joke matchup to build the hype
Win Evan Tanner - what state of mind was he in for this fight??
Win Ken Shamrock - come on, it's Shamrock!
Win Curtis Stout - who?
Win Jorge Rivera - he lost to Leben

and Huerta needs to fight somebody in the top 10...or 20...so we can see how good he really is. His next fight should tell us a lot. If they give him another UFC newbie, there will be outrage...I can't see that as an option.

Chuck vs Wanderlei at UFC 79 in Dec??
http://ufcjunkie.com/2007/09/04/dana-white-wanderlei-silva-vs-chuck-liddell-possible-for-ufc-79/

Checkout the funny Dana timeline...

Fall 2006 - Dana rips Wanderlei Silva for "getting his head kicked off" against #3 HW Crocop (never mentioning that he stepped up and entered the HW grand prix). He did nothing but tear Silva down publicly for the loss.

Feb 2007 - Dana completely discounts the possiblity of a future matchup between Chuck Liddell and Wanderlei Silva after Silva's loss to Hendo.

May 2007 - Chuck gets KO'd.

Aug 17, 2007 - Dana calls the signing of Silva the "pinnacle of my career."

Sept 3, 2007 - When asked if we might see Chuck vs Silva at UFC 79 on Dec 29th, assuming Chuck beats Jardine and stays healthy..."I’d like to see it, wouldn’t you?"

So what if Chuck loses to Jardine??? Dana did say this in Feb afterall...

Feb 2007 - “I’m pissed off he didn’t lose to Chuck. They (Pride) threw away the biggest fight in MMA history. Not only are they No. 2, they’re not the brightest bulbs on the porch either… I wanted that Wanderlei Silva fight so bad. I knew Chuck Liddell would knock him out. I knew it and it’s gone. I don’t know, we’re trying to figure out what we’re going to do with Chuck next.“

Will Dana rip himself for throwing the fight away if Jardine were to somehow beat Chuck? :lol

Interesting - over in the Sherdog forums there's rumor of a Clay Guida/Roger Huerta matchup coming. That'd be something to see.

I got Guida.

I got Guida.

It will be a very interesting match up. I give the edge to Guida as well but nothing surprises me in MMA anymore.

I'd like to see that matchup. I'm suprised LEONARD hasn't jumped in here -- he hates Huerta. He wanted him to fight someone decent. Is he decent enough? I'd like to see him fight someone like Din, but this would be a good fight. I think Guida could take it.

LEONARD

LOL...I don't hate Huerta...I'm just tired of having him shoved down our throats...

Guida would be a perfectly suitable test for him...

I thought you hated him, sorry. I know you said he was overrated -- drawing conclusions. He has the most fights this year, I believe; I agree it's ridiculous.

Well, with as much talent as they have in the stables, I don't like it. Also, they are putting him on main cards, while Guida and Aurelio are forced to prelims? I do go agree with feeding him cans -- it's worthless.

EDIT: Don't get me wrong. I like Huerta's style so far and he looks like he can become a contender, especially considering his age, but he's had too many fights this year against low level competition.

I emailed Cuban and he said the first card "will be a test platform to build on." Lots of people are thinking he's going hard after some top free agents, but it doesn't seem like that is their business model. We'll see...

Regardless, will bring more fights to Dallas... :fro

IFL

Big changes coming. About 5 months ago it was looking like if they were going to fold it would be this time of year, looks like they are moving ahead.

"“There are some big announcements coming,” commented the IFL’s commissioner. “We’re going to keep some coaches and change others. There is always room for improvement.”:

My suggestions, pretty simple.

Less fights. They are killing these guys.
Live fights. Obvious.
Show the documentry's as a lead in to the fights.

Yeah I agree. UFC is going to be crazy for the next year as all this new talent settles.

I fully understand why the UFC is doing this though. They are pushing for the Hispanic market big time in 08. UFC is doing everything it can to get new fans and the die hards just have to deal with it.

100% agree.

And that GP may be pretty thin. These guys are banged up. They have fought more than anyone.

Exactly, just because the format they use is utilizing them too much. If they didn't have as many fights, it would be fine for them. Look at Chris Horodecki -- 6 fights in one year's time. Ben Rothwell has 7 fights in less than a years time. Compare that Huerta -- who everyone considers fighting too much in the UFC has 5 fights in the same time frame as Rothwell.

90% is a guess on my part......

And by the way, he does not know for sure about the delay. Just rumors...

What did they do or not do to make him change his mind ?

Its an unfair statement.

Too be honest.......... I try to follow K-1 as much as I can but I have problems with the names so its hard for me to remember who is who sometimes. There is so many names that cycle in and out of K-1 cards. Sometimes a fighter will go by a "Westernized" version of his first name and then sometimes they will go by their normal family name. I guess it depends on the site. Also it doesn't help that some sites list results...

last name, first name

Rampage and a huge group of far distant contenders at number 2.

Houston F-ING Alexander is a top contender.

ahh man......what in the world......

But you know what...this is one thing thats so great about the UFC being so stacked and having everyone. We will always know who the best is and without question...its Rampage. No guessing....no "wish he would fight X" We will always know at nearly every weight class.

Granted...there will always be a few Fedor and Gomi's here and there leaving a small question in one or two weight class, thats impossible to avoid but we will always have a very god idea.

Boxing has rarely ever answered this question and if they did chances are it was too late.

And dallaskd

I know your a huge fan of Rameau Sokoudjou and so am I but I think the best thing in the world for his career would be getting another 5 or 6 more fights under his belt before his heads into that UFC Buzzsaw that is the LHW division.

I want to see him succeed so for now I pray he stays away and gets some more seasoning. I want to see him fight for free on showtime with Elitexc for a bit, maybe a IFL superfight. Lets see him in the UFC in late 09 with a W/L around 9-1. Thats averaging 3 fights every 4 months. Perfect for him.

What do you think?
