Way to get the lead at the FT line Dirk. Hopefully that aggresiveness carries over into Game 6. This series is over, GS will not recover from being on the cusp and collapsing

I disagree. Warriors have not lost their mojo, Dallas just got some. For GS to play in this fashion against the winingest team in the league for five games is quite a feat.

It ain't even CLOSE to over!

are you serious? the mavs won the game but gave up a 20 point lead only to scrape out the win. if the mavs would have blown GS out, i would believe this. the mavs have very few positives to take from this game. i hope it goes 7 because this shit is crazy exciting.

Doesnt matter how they won. Spurs won Game 5 in the Spurs-Mavs series last year by ONE point when Dirk missed a tip in, and the Spurs still came out and won Game 6.

Granted, Mavs didnt have Terry, and I dont know what woulda happened. But the point is I doubt many Spurs fans were claiming last year that the Spurs "had no momentum" after Game 5 cause they didnt blow the Mavs out.

Yup...Dirk blocked what would have been the series-clinching layup and answered on the other end with a huge 3...the series turned on that possession...Mavs win this in 7.

stop trying to jinx this shit.

dirk was great tonight for 2.5 quarters, which was good enough for a win. I loved his gutsy performance at the end, but let's not forget that from the time we had a 20 point lead to the time when Baron Davis hit the circus 3 to put Golden State up by nine, Dirk was nowhere to be found yet again.

i won't be satisfied until he performs for 4 quarters. if he does that, Mavs take this series easy.

I've been saying the whole time that the Mavs would come back to pull this out. But the Warriors getting so damn close to knocking them out and then just failing was rough.

Pretty good time to start playing like an MVP.
