At this point with all the jinx crap i've seen, maybe we should cut the shit out.
From what I see, Dallas has had their jinx jinxed with another jinx, which was jinxed by the original jinx that got jinxed with the triple-reverse-double-axle omnijinx. and don't forget the jinxerooski.
btw great to see the Mavs live to fight another day, great to see Dirk step it up and grow a pair....i just wish that pair had grown earlier in the game and earlier in the series. He doesn't get a pass from me unless they take this series and the next one as well. Until then, I am still stocking campaign funds for Dump Dirk. I'll just keep it under wraps until the proper time.
Golden State still has momentum on their side, but Dallas at least proved they can beat these guys, and that if they would just focus for 48 minutes, they can beat the hell out of them.

I wouldn't call that beating the hell out of them. :)

I wouldn't call that playing focused for 48 minutes either.

That's the 2nd time in 2 playoffs that the Mavs gave up a 20+ point lead, only to barely hang on to win.

Keep telling yourself that. I think Dallas played very hard and still almost lost due to some stupid plays by Golden State in the last three minutes. Like not taking it to the hole and just walking it up the court and jacking up threes. I don't think Dallas is out of the woods yet. :)

The Mavs played awful for many stretches on both sides of the ball. There's a reason why they got a 21 point lead, and there's a reason why that lead became a 9 point deficit, and the major portion has to do with what the Mavs didn't do right, now what GS did.

Right, this from the man giving up on Dirk :lol
I think the Mavs should trade Dirk. He obviously does not come through in the clutch.

So half a good game should put him in my good graces? If he played like that in the 2nd and 3rd quarters, we wouldn't have needed a comeback.
Unless this team makes it to the WCF, Dirk gets ZERO benefit of the doubt from me. Nice performance tonight, and clutch moments, but WHY WASN'T HE DOING THAT SHIT IN GAMES 1-4? For that reason, along with the fact that the sweetness of tonight's victory may very well be completely washed away on Thursday, is the reason why I still don't think Dirk is the man to lead this team to a championship.

I give you a lot of props Mono.
While I do think you are hard on Dirk a lot (like I am with Tony Parker) I don't think he's quite solved GS yet.

"It don't matter if you win by an inch or a mile... winning is WINNING."
SpursDynasty does not understand the concept of scoreboard. He does, however, understand the concept of grasping at straws.

Bad signs from this game, shades of last year's playoffs. All Dirk needs to do is put his head down and charge towards the basket and he'll get bailed out with a foul. If the Warriors don't put this one away in game 6, the Mavs will win a game 7 without doubt.
