no we have dsl but sometimes, albeit rarely, it acts up. I think its Grande Communications fault. They tend to suck at times. I am considering switching to Time Warner.

It's not the server. It's that it's not propogated to certain ISP's yet because they reset it. That propogation usually takes 24-48 hours.
