We are seeing the top 2 teams in the NBA this year (The Suns and Spurs) in the 2nd round. Wish these two could play in the WCF instead. Spurs in 5.

True.

Then Pistons are 3rd. Some may legitimately place them 2nd.

Not many predict the Suns to win this series.

Barkley and Smith on TNT predict the Spurs to emerge.

Kerr's the only one on board with small ball will win always.

Agreed.

Same guys who all picked the Mavs. If anything, these guys so heavily favoring the Spurs makes me nervous. Suns should come out aggressive tonight but if we can hang around and weather the storm we should have another chance.

Greg Anthony hates the Spurs. If he picks them, he's either trying to jinx them or the bitch is over.

Greg Anthony would pick the Pistons over the Spurs...

Pistons and Spurs are the two best teams in the NBA.

did these "experts" make their pick BEFORE game 1 or AFTER game 1. Judging from Anthony's pick, I'm guessing they made their picks AFTER game 1, which would be really stupid.

Greg Anthony would pick the Grizzlies over the Spurs.

That's a little extreme. He would pick the Lakers over the Spurs though.

Would you say the Suns are the underdogs in this series?

i think it's even enough to say that the spurs were underdogs before game 1, but since game 1 the suns are the ones who have became underdogs.

if the suns win tonight and take one of two games in SA (which is very possible) then we are back to square one.

would be awesome for spurs to take both in SA

These ESPN "experts" are truly worthless windsocks. It wasn't long ago most of them picked the Suns. They all SUCK!

These are the same guys who picked the Mavs, yes. But the difference: Duncan, Ginobili, Parker, and Bowen all have won 2 championships together. The other team they picked are an overrated group of jump shooters. It's realistic to pick the Spurs to win the series, not realistic to pick the Mavs to win a series.
