You make some good points Islymore, but save your breath. There is absolutely, positively no agruing with SpurDynasty. You can't reason with someone that's delusional. Phoenix and Dallas were in the midst of bullshit 10+ game winning streaks while they had easy schedules.

3 months later, I start saying Dallas had a fluke season. They did. How else do you explain a 67-15 season, but losing in the first round? First time that's happened in NBA history. Don't say "well it's just a bad matchup". That doesn't count, ANY team that loses in the playoffs can say "well we just didn't match up well." I also said Houston shouldn't be in 4th place in the West. They shouldn't have, and they proved me right, and they're also out in the first round.

I also said Dwight Howard was overrated. Is he decent? Yes. As great as everyone says ? Not by a long shot. A great player doesn't let his team get swept in the first round, in the easier conference at that.

I don't know what else you guys want me to say. Everything I've said has played out in the NBA. The Spurs, still the best in the NBA, stole homecourt advantage in the conference semifinals, and will be headed to their 5th conference finals in 9 seasons.
