What's going in at that shopping center out on 281 north of Evans? Other than Target that is!
More rim jobs!
I remember telling my girlfriend that joke a long time ago before any of it was built...

I knew some of the stores and was able to find out about the ones that I didn't, but the only one I couldn't find is Bobby Jones. What is it?

Dick's is also being built at the Alamo Ranch Marketplace.
There are some local restaurants being built but Bob's is a upscale resturant with only 3 or 4 other locations.

From what I've heard, their prices are pretty reasonable also.
When's all this stuff supposed to open?

Surprisingly, there isn't one in Texas. This would be the first H&M in Texas.

This like GM coming to San Antonio as well?
S.A. will be better off without a Bonefish Grill. I lived in central Florida for the better part of last year and ate there. Hell, I'd take Landry's over that crap.

I posted that it was a rumor posted on another forum. It was a rumor from a person in the real estate industry. Whether it happens or not isn't any of my concern. But I get that you're just busting my balls.

Buddy, I've asked you twice...when are these stores supposed to open? Since you know what's going in, I would think you should know when the ETA would be?
Im not too sure on the Staples thing, they tend to stay away from heavily saturated markets (11 OD's and 7 Max Stores) Also when they open up in a brand new market they tend to open more then 3 stores, not just one.
Also this store would be by itself, there are no Staples near San Antonio, so it would be incredibly hard for that store to function from an operations standpoint. IIRC the closest Staples is in Kileen, so things like freight deliveries and store to store transfers would be extremely costly, and Staples does not do that.

Hurray a Pei Wei to hit on the ride home from soccer practice!!!
:hungry:
I hope they make plans for a Starbucks. If they do life will be sweet!

I'm still a little confused as to what is going up besides the Wal-MArt on Potranco and 1604. I know there is a Chase and Pei Wei by the H.E.B Plus and Bill Millers. Other than that, I am lost.

Are you talking about right next to the WM or just in general at the intersection?
Next to the WM is a proposed Lowe's and Target although speculation hasit that since Lowe's is also being built at 1604 and Culebra (Alamo Ranch Marketplace) that Costco's will be built at 1604 and Potranco.
As for that general intersection (Portanco/1604). There will be a Kohl's, Santikos theater (although further south of the intesection), Starbucks as well as a lot of other stuff.
